INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) will detail Media Arena Ltd (“Company“, “we” or ” us“) data collection and privacy practices, in the course of downloading and using the Product and Services (as defined in our End User License Agreement (“EULA”)). This Privacy Policy will provide transparent information regarding our privacy practices, as required, among others, according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
Please carefully review this Privacy Policy before you download, access or use the Product and Services. This Privacy Policy is integral part of our EULA; therefore, definitions herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the EULA.

We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time; such changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended Privacy Policy. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED AND LAWFUL BASIS
We will collect and handle the following data when you download the Product and use the Services. - THIRD PARTY PRIVACY PRACTICES
This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party privacy practices, even if their services and links are available through our Product and Service. Those privacy practices may differ from ours, and we do not control the privacy and security practices of these third parties. We will not be responsible or liable to such third parties’ acts or omissions.
NO OBLIGATION TO STORE INFORMATION
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is interpreted as an obligation to store information, and we may, at our own discretion, delete or avoid from recording and storing any and all information.
TRANSFER OF DATA
We may store or process the data we collect in the United States or in other countries, including the European Economic Area (” EEA“). If you are a resident of the EEA we will take the measures required under applicable laws to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of data protection upon its transfer outside of the EEA.
